We are FusionStack, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Senior Product Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices

- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
