We are CorePath, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Principal Frontend Developer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of deep expertise in your domain
- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
