We are CorePath, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Lead Sales Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and deliver compelling product demos to potential clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams

What We're Looking For:
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
