We are TechNest, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Junior Scrum Master to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
