We are JetStreamDev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Junior Growth Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Collaborate with design and product teams on go-to-market strategy
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Create and oversee content strategy across all owned channels
